Shipping Information

We currently ship within the UK and to select international countries: Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, UAE, and the United States. We’re looking to expand our shipping zones in future.

Delivery Times:
Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days from the date of purchase for UK orders. For Europe, please allow 7–10 business days, and for international orders,10–15 business days depending on customs. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Carrier:
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail.
Delivery times may vary depending on location, time of year, and Royal Mail service levels.

Tracking:
Tracking information will be provided via email.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on book purchases.

All items are final sale unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. If you receive a faulty or wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

To report a damaged or incorrect order, email us at info@herwisdom.uk with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
