Our Founder's Story

The Journey Behind Her Wisdom

Before founding Her Wisdom, Chloe spent five years in hospitality and later transitioned into the corporate banking sector.

After dropping out of university, she found herself moving between jobs, realising the deeper issue was around the lack of alignment, purpose, and self-trust she had.

Determined to change her trajectory, she immersed herself in modern career strategy, personal development, and mindset work.

This led to three simultaneous job offers from HSBC, Metro Bank, and British Business Bank, and ultimately shaped the foundation of her expertise in building clarity, confidence, and high-value career pathways.

At HSBC, Chloe worked closely with senior leadership and became known for her strategic thinking, communication skills, and leadership presence. But even after reaching corporate success, she realised her fulfillment came from helping other women achieve autonomy, break through self-doubt, and build lives rooted in purpose.

This realisation inspired her book, Be So Good That You Can't F*cking Break, and laid the foundations for Her Wisdom's advisory and media ecosystem.

Today, Chloe leads Her Wisdom as a Founder, Author, Business Advisor, and Creative Director of the Truthfully Podcast.
