The Journey Behind Her Wisdom

Before founding Her Wisdom, Chloe spent five years working in hospitality before transitioning into the corporate banking sector.

After leaving university, she found herself moving between roles - but quickly realised the deeper issue wasn’t capability, it was a lack of alignment and direction.

Determined to change her trajectory, she immersed herself in career strategy, personal development, and mindset work - building the foundation for how she now approaches business and growth.

This led to multiple offers from leading financial institutions including HSBC, Metro Bank, and British Business Bank, and shaped her expertise in building clarity, positioning, and high-value pathways.

At HSBC, Chloe worked closely with senior leadership and became known for her strategic thinking, communication, and leadership presence. But despite reaching corporate success, she recognised that her fulfilment came from helping others build something of their own.

That realisation became the foundation of Her Wisdom - a platform designed to help women scale the businesses they've already built, without breaking themselves in the process.

Today, Her Wisdom operates as a platform built around one belief: a woman who has already built something deserves the structure, strategy, and support to grow it properly - not start over.
